How far in advance should I book my break/holiday?

We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability.

Why do I have to pay a security deposit?

We understand that accidents can happen, but we take a £100 refundable security deposit in addition to the rental price to help ensure our holiday home stays in tip top condition for the next guest. Once inspected, your security deposit will be refunded straight back to your original payment method.

Do I need to buy Butlins entertainment wristbands?

No, they are included in the price. Butlins wristbands are mandatory to get on and off the Butlins site and use all of its great facilities, such as the funfair, arcades, waterpark, and not to mention the access to the award winning entertainment!

Can I bring my pet?

We're sorry, but pets and holiday homes like Sea La Vie mix about as well as sand and keyboards!

Our home is designed for high comfort and cleanliness for all and would appreciate you making alternative arrangements for your little buddy while you enjoy Butlins Skegness.

Is there parking at the holiday home?

Yes, there's parking directly in front of our holiday home. Whether you're driving a tank-like SUV or a teeny-tiny Fiat 500, your vehicle will have a cosy spot for its own mini break.

What time can I check in?

Accepted Answer

Check-in starts at 3 PM. If you're an eager beaver and really can't wait to get the fun started, early check-in at 1 PM is available at an additional charge of £20.

Do you supply a travel cot?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a travel cot (bedding not included), a highchair and two bed guards available for use at no extra cost. You can request them via the booking form.

What is the difference between peak and off-peak wristbands at Butlins?

Accepted Answer

Peak wristbands are for UK school holidays and busier times, acting like an "All-Access Pass" with more families around. Off-peak wristbands are for quieter periods when the kiddiewinks are at school. Both offer access to Butlins' amenities, but the timing can affect your experience: Would you rather be part of an epic family saga or a quieter quest for relaxation?

Is there a minimum stay requirement for the holiday home?

Yes, there is a minimum stay requirement of 4 nights for midweek stays or 3 nights for weekend stays. You can, of course, book for a week or more using these rules.
